1. Who are the data controllers
The controllers of personal data for the purposes of the Domus Navitas website (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “Administrators”) are collectively:

- For the duration of the contract + the time required for accounting and tax obligations (min. 10 years)

- Marketing data until consent is withdrawn or up to 3 years from the last interaction

We may share information with:
- Service providers (IT, hosting, accounting, legal services)
- Public authorities (tax authorities, courts, etc.)
- Within the DPE Group, as Joint Administrators
